First consultations take 1 - 1½ hours with adults, and up
to 1 hour for children.
A
shorter follow-up consultation will be
required 4—6 weeks later to assess your improvements and determine
whether another medicine is required to continue the healing process.
Consultations are an opportunity for you to explain all of your symptoms in detail to me. As a homeopath my role is to listen and understand as much as possible about you and your symptoms. The more information you are able to share with me, the more precise I can be in selecting the best remedy for you.
In addition to detailed information about your symptoms, I will need to ask questions to help me understand about 'you' as an individual. For example: What foods do you love/hate? What's your favourite weather? Are you usually chilly or hot? How thirsty are you? What are your hobbies? What makes you anxious? etc...
Because homeopathy treats the person and not just the symptoms, these questions are vital in helping me select the most suitable remedy for you.
